"We really loved the room. The town is in a scenic location and was very beautiful and quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds we comfortable and the room was spacious. Check in was easy with the key box and the staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was good but more expensive than anticipated. We didn’t realize it was not included in our reservation. "I tried to do local/distance calls from my room but did not succeed. I called the front office about this, but the connection was not clear and the receptionist's voice broke up. She had to repeat sentences several times and verbally got insulting. I informed her later that she shouldn't treat hotel guests like this, and she did not apologize!"
