취향이 확실한 호텔
호텔 자체가 박물관이라는 매력적인 곳. 하지만 서비스나 편안한 시설보다는 특색있는곳에 머물고싶으신 분들에게만 추천합니다. 직원들은 전부 상냥하고 친절했습니다. 들어가는 입구에 마네킹모양 인형이 전통의상을 입고 앉아있는데 전 좀 무서웠어요...

This property was so unique and charming. The moment you enter the gates you smell flowers and are greeted by a lovely courtyard filled with local plants and trees. It looks like a dream! The staff was so welcoming and hospitable, anything we needed they provided. The rooms are very beautiful featuring stone walls and an antique look to them, but very cool and comfortable in the July heat. The AC worked like a charm which was a nice change from many hotels we’ve frequented in Europe. The wifi was fantastic and reliable and the convenient and affordable parking was a must in the narrow streets of Mostar. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Sleeping a museum !!
We had a pasha suite which was lovely. Only drawback was the sloping ceilings so that I often hit my head but the elegance of room was worth it. Gabby re dived us with the utmost friendliness and was helpful with information . It is not every trip where you can stay in a museum !!

This is a truly beautiful property with a very interesting history. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the short tour explaining the house and family's past. Highly recommended.

Great historic character
Very happy here, staff went out of their way, breakfast very good. Our room was a smaller one and a little snug, especially in the bathroom. Steps to the bridge, bazaar and restaurants. Wifi good. Really loved the character of the rooms, traditional Ottoman style in a beautifully restored building.

TRADITION OF THE BEST KIND
This hotel is for travellers who want to experience staying in an upper-class Turkish home built in 1871, in the closing days of the Ottoman occupation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. My room had a TV (it didn't pick up the BBC or CNN, and wasn't repaired during my stay) but no telephone. These are not complaints: but if you expect 21st century amenities you should probably go elsewhere. I have very happy memories of my two nights there, and of two delicious breakfasts. Many restaurants in Mostar do not accept credit cards, and one evening I was hungry but couldn't find a place to eat because I didn't have enough Bosnian currency. Gabriela, at the hotel, called several restaurants to make sure they would take my card, and I had a delicious meal at Hindin Han, where I sat on the balcony overlooking a rushing stream, fig trees, and some of the freshest air I've breathed in years! My compliments to everyone at the hotel who helped make my stay in Mostar enjoyable and unforgettable. A lovely old-fashioned touch: since my room lacked a phone, I requested a wake-up call at 8:00 a.m. -- and got it in the form of someone knocking on my door to say, "Good morning, time to get up."
