"Staff was great, friendly always ready to help. We were with a 2 1/2 year old grandson and he wet his bed and they came and replace the sheets no questions asked. Manager was a great friendly person always asking us if all was well and if we needed anything. We will definetly go back the next time in Sao Miguel."

"It was a fantastic stay. It was in a nice location on the north side of the island and had a lovely bar and restaurant attached to it. Not as many dining locations close by but the receptionists would always give great recommendations."

"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"I love this place so much. You get all you need ( facilities and services ). The reception staff is supper friendly and helpful , who provided me with a lot of tourist information. Location is very convenient where you can reach all the restaurants and bars in walking distance. "

"We loved the location of this hotel for driving to various locations on the island as well as the security and privacy. We chose the room with the private hot tub, Vila 4. The check in and check out process was pretty seamless!"

"The place was fantastic, gorgeous and awesome. Location was great, just in the suburbs of Ponta Delgado. The accommodations were superb, we stayed in the family villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms... each bedroom was on opposite ends, and there was doors subdividing the area, for extra privacy. Very nice. The owner Paulo and caretaker Claudio were very helpful and friendly. Vinnie the big pup was a big lovable doofus. If we are able to make it back to the Azores again, we would try to...

"We had a great stay. The hotel is new, clean, and up to date. The beds were comfortable and showers had a rainfall option. The rooftop pool and bar had great views and good drink options. Everyone was so nice who worked there and helpful when planning our days!!"
