"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Overall great visit, pretty convenient, right across from Wien train station, lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Just one thing for management to look into would be to invest in better wifi! We kept losing connection and had to connect over and over. But nonetheless good stay otherwise. "
