"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Donna Rosa Hotel provided the best customer service we experienced anywhere in Italy and Sicily. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and assisted us with everything we needed. They helped arrange a boat trip, assisted with laundry and luggage, and took the time to explain local customs and recommend wonderful places to visit. Their personal attention and genuine hospitality made us feel like family rather than guests. If you are looking for a place where people truly care about your experience, I highly recommend Donna Rosa Hotel.
