We had a lovely stay here, the unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our only problem was the single bunk beds which were very noisy and squeaky and the springs were too soft- one of our group got their hair caught in the springs. Otherwise the unit was great.

Amazing location and an amazing experience. Only criticism was WiFi was limited and although there was a TV, there was no TV aerial (you can borrow DVDs for free from reception). Note the dome gets hot during the day and cool during the night and there is the odd bug. HOWEVER it is a tent so expected and not a criticism. Overall I highly recommend it and I would stay there again!

Cabin was very clean & fresh. And it was spacious & comfortable enough, although there was very limited space to put our suitcases. Bed was ok but a bit hard for our liking. We had a self contained unit which was very comfortable with a very nice grey and white decor that was in good condition. There were adequate kitchen utensils, the sofa was comfy, the TV and WiFi worked well and the separate bedroom was very cosy. Parking right outside the door and a deck to sit on in the afternoon sun. The staff were very friendly and helpful, When we couldn't get the cooker top to work the member of staff came out immediately even though it was after hours. Our hero!

Its proximity is excellent, it is only an hour to Mt Ruapehu, and half an hour to Taupo. And the setting and scenery are beautiful
