A fabulous country hotel

This was a lovely relaxed hotel in a beautiful garden. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful and our room was a great size. I can recommend it to anyone and the area was delightful and there was parking on site

Cle'ment was very helpful at check-in and provided great suggestions on places to go in the area. The hotel is nearly finished being refurbishment and our room was very nice. The decor is beautiful.

A fabulous one nighter

We stayed for one night as we had a wedding very nearby. Great little place with lovely friendly and helpful staff. Room was pleasant and very clean. Bathroom nicely done . Breakfast was very good . It was a good choice for us.

Very nice Hôtel with very nice garden. The rooms are clean and the AC is fantastic. Shower area needs some updates. Overall, a great choice if you want to stay in Mougins. Only 6 min to the old village!

Nice hotel, well kept, and what you would expect from a Marriot. Rooms were tastefully done and had a quality feel about them. Staff were somewhat mixed... very low attention to service.... a couple of them were very friendly - but what i assume was the manager on the check in/out desk couldn't have been ruder or more judgemental if he tried - on multiple occasions. Given we had just come from the Mandarin Oriental in Lake Como who couldn't have been nicer, this single man really let it down. Not sure who he thinks he is, but perhaps he should remember he is only a hotel manager... of a 4 star hotel - not the owner of a 5 star high end Boutique.

Excellent customer service and welcome when we arrived, thanks to all the team a Hotel de Mougins. Food we excellent, really tasty, high quality and made our visit special. Room was great, only two things were a little below par. Bed mattress seemed old and springs we could feel in the bed, and the shower heat was luke warm rather than hot each morning. But neither stole from our enjoyable stay, thanks.

I would say I enjoyed some things about the property, but it definitely doesn’t look like it does in the pictures. The properties overall maintenance is a little bit lacking. The grass isn’t green. The tennis court isn’t taken care of - the landscaping is neglected, it does look like it does in the pictures. Everything in the picture looks lush and immaculate, but it was not the same as what my experience was.

We loved the quiet, clam atmosphere with excellent staff. The pool area was clean, well maintained pool and breakfast set you up perfectly for the day. Almost perfect except that sometimes in cleaning the room daily things weren’t replaced once used. The Wi-Fi could also be stronger in the rooms further away from the main building. Parking was great and a good location to see the area.
