"I arrived after check in and the room was still not ready, which made it clear that the cleaning had been rushed. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. I found random hair on the floor, which made me feel sick to my stomach. The shower was also very dirty, and I ended up purchasing my own cleaning supplies to spray and clean the floor for peace of mind. The hotel restaurant was also disappointing. Even though I arrived before other guests, I was made to wait and our table was skipped over. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I will not be booking again."

"When I made the reservation for this stay I thought I had booked a different Rosen hotel closer to the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive but there are so many different Rosen hotels in the area that it is confusing. With that said, I have no complaints about my stay. The price, room, staff, etc., were very good and I would have no problems booking this property again."

"The property is renovated but stay away from this hotel. The windows are paper thin and if you get a room highway-side then you will be AWAKE ALL NIGHT. For god sake at least put double glazed windows if not the sound deadening ones. Why a single glass window next to a highway in 2026? NO ELEVATOR, good luck carrying your suitcases up the stairs! Stayed five nights and NO ROOM service. Had to ask to get fresh towels. People were rightfully dumping there garbage next to ice machines. NOT Recommended and NEVER staying there again. Also hate the barn doors on bathrooms, no latches and lack of hooks to hang any thing. Where am i supposed to put the clothes when changing or showering?"
