We’ve been on the road for almost 3 weeks and it was a gorgeous penultimate destination. The bathroom was luxurious - and the perfect place to wash the road grime away after a long trip. The bed was comfy and the venue was nice and quiet. The customer service from all the staff we spoke with were wonderful. There was a small hiccup with our access passes which locked us out of the building and on notifying staff it was remedied almost immediately. I mention this only as example of how efficient and caring they were and how great the customer service was.

Stunning accommodation One of the most charming accommodations we have ever stayed at, either in Australia or overseas. We stayed for 3 nights at the beautifully appointed Hay Suite with stunning decor. Although being the smallest of the 3 suites, we felt it was more than spacious enough with 3 areas - a lounge with a glorious fireplace and a drink trolley with mini spirits, a spacious bathroom with under-floor heating, and a bedroom with an extremely comfortable bed. As our flight arrived very early in the morning, and as first-time visitors to Mount Gambier, the very friendly and helpful Guest Services & Host - Ashley created an itinerary for us to ensure we were able to visit some tourist attractions in Mount Gambier city before picking up us to check in at 2 pm. The only disappointment we had was the lack of a wardrobe in the bedroom.

Great!

Fantastic place! Small hotel, only a few rooms and unmanned reception - but really a nice hotel all in all with much nicer room than expected. 5 star room and bathroom! Breakfast too basic, but a little qute.

The accommodation was lovely. Unfortunately the hotel was having trouble with there electronic keycards and we were locked out three nights in a row. While the first and last occasion were out of their control, they were aware of an issue on the middle day and did not take the time to contact us and alert us to the issue. Given the boutique nature of this hotel, the lack of service ethos was astounding.
