"Nice enough property. Pool was quite lovely. Parking was probably the highlight…cheap and so convenient. Room and breakfast were ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."
"The room was very nice and clean, with espresso pods and a comfortable bed. Skip the restaurant though. The charcuterie board is not like the ones that have become popular in the USA and the meat selections are terrible. One tastes like spam and the salmon is just tiny bits of smoked salmon mixed with cream cheese. The rigatoni was ok but not for what I paid. Waitstaff was very shorthanded. Upon arrival, the valet told me it would take 5 minutes to have my car delivered and it took 15, which made me late. This was at 5 am, which was not a busy time. The man at the desk argued with me about what he thought the valet said even though he wasn't there. The valet getting the car was nice and apologetic. The check-in staff were courteous and pleasant."
"Nice, urban hotel with a bar and lobby perfect to hang out in. Walkable to Powell's Books, Whole foods, fun bars, a movie theater and Portland Center Stage theater. Rooms are tiny but efficient, not much storage but they do have a fold-out desk & espresso maker, so that's a win. Helpful young staff at the desk too."
"Better options during evening resection and breakfast items
Better parking options for being downtown.
Air conditioner and refrigerator rattled all night"
"The facility was amazing, Elmer was phenomenal at check-in, sharing information and all around professinal and pleasant. The room was gorgeous and the terrace was a must for staying in downtown"
