Hotel staff are generally helpful and friendly. 1 receptionist who weren't so forthcoming with making recommendations, appears a bit clueless and lacking in initiative when I asked what is there to see within walking distance around the hotel. 1 restaurant staff also failed to inform me that an item on the menu was not available and did so only after I have waited nearly...
โThe hotel is newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The front counter staff is friendly and bilingual speaking in English and Chinese. Room is small but clean. Hot water is good in bathroom. Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech.
2 lifts to upstairs.

โThere was a fire in my bathroom and they moved me to a different room. The new room they provided the drain backfilled filling up the bathroom floor with sewer water. Make sure that you bring your own toothpaste and soap. Did I mention the cockroachโs? โ
โThe hotel is simple but decent, located pretty close to waterfront and most places of interest are in walkable range from here. You can find bars, restaurants (the is a good breakfast restaurant right behind and the famous Ceylonese Restaurant next to it), 7-eleven. The was a slight funky smell in the shower and this could be improved.
They also let us check in early which was nice bonus for us. โ

โThe cleanliness is ok. But the hotel is not handicap friendly as there is no lift n tv in the room is not even working. The lighting in the room pretty poor. No aircond remote to reduce or increase the temperatures. Water coming out from the shower is slow n the hot water not working either.โ
โDie Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein aber sauber und vรถllig ausreichend, ist ja nur zum Schlafen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt am Sarawak River und an der schรถnen Promenade. Das besondere an dieser Unterkunft ist der Rooftop. Hier trifft man sich abends und kann gut Kontakte knรผpfen. Oliver, der Inhaber, ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschrรคnkt weiter empfehlen.โ
