โVery nice stay. Only negative was when checking in our room wasn't ready and we were told we would get a text when it was. We checked our bags at the desk and left to see the city and never got any notice our room was ready. When we got back to hotel around midnight after a concert we had to finish checking in. Turns out the person hadn't checked us in but only held a room for us. If the room had been ready earlier we would have stopped back in to finish check in as opposed to doing it late at...
โRoom was dirty, the refrigerator was spilted milk all over it (I swept it), floors clearly haven't been swept. After that I found dirty stains on the sheets and towels. I had called front desk and he changed the room for me. However, the room hard floor was sticky all over. It was very disappointing experience. Don't waste your money this over priced hotel.โ
โ I wished i had known about the microwave. And the refrigerator was full size! These are great features to know about. I appreciate the fact that they have parking but it was inconvenient to find out their lot was full and I'd have to use a parking garage ($$). That was unexpected and not fun finding out after hours of traveling. I liked the amenities even if it was a take and go breakfast selection. Free bottles of water and coffee were also niceties to appreciate. โ
โCloud lounge was immaculate and perfect for quiet working. Rest of apartment super clean.Best part was lady who booked us in - Katrina - what a wonderful individual!โ

Is clean. Multiple restaurants and pub nearby. The street has no sweeping schedule. So it is easy to find parking spot. I do have garage reserved but my ford F150 would not fit. So I parked on the street had no issue at all. I love this place. Thanks.โ
โSecond time staying at The Robey. Awesome location, clean rooms and the best staff!! When my shirt got rust on it from the iron in my room, I was immediately compensated and cost of replacement shirt provided. Just a cool, comfortable place to stay. Great music playing in the lobby too. Highly recommend. โ
โMy family arrived early and were quite anxious, but the quick check-in process alleviated our concerns and left us extremely satisfied. Furthermore, all the staff members were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was impeccably clean. Overall, we were highly pleased with our experience.โ
