This is a top-tier property in one of the most walkable and easily accessible neighborhoods in Chicago. It can be a little pricey at times, but you definitely get a lot of value for it — super friendly staff, huge rooms, an insanely comfortable bed, and a gorgeous rooftop view. If the price lines up with our budget, we wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay here again.

What else is there to say – it’s the coolest, chicest hotel in Chicago. Prime west loop location and excellent staff. We got a huge suite so we were particularly spoiled but the amenities for everyone were nice and incomparably maintained

Loved everything! Check in was super fast! Arrived by 10:30am and room wasn’t available. I had reservations for 12pm, the receptionist gave my daughter and I the option to use the wellness center to freshen up and change, and I absolutely loved it. The amenities were all great! Our room was ready when we returned and it was clean, beautiful and comfy. I was able to book two massages and they accommodated us for a late session (plus!). The rooftop was amazing, the food, the staff were great! We stayed in to relax and woke up refreshed. Dined in breakfast was a cherry on top! The food, 10/10! I loved everything about this hotel! Thank you Nobu Chicago for a wonderful experience.

The staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. This was our first time in Chicago and at the Nobu Hotel, but definitely won’t be our last. We’re already looking at booking our next stay before the summer is over. Also note, the area has great restaurants and close proximity to everything.

The rooms were clean and the whole aesthetic at Nobu was incredible. Loved the decor and the overall vibe. The rooms have comfortable beds, big flat screen smart TVs, and are stocked up on snacks and drinks. The amenities are great too. I highly recommend.

Beautiful room. Well appointed. love the ambiance. Ashley Cartagena was very helpful with reservations!! Great location. Do not eat here, food is not good especially for the price. Rooftop bar view is cute but cocktails not great, I would skip them. There are dozens of cute coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars & shops all steps away. would definitely stay here again.
