“We loved this hotel. Owner greeted us and was very nice, room was comfortable and the bar/restaurant downstairs was great also. The only issue we had was with breakfast ... we gave up after waiting a half hour after ordering as we had a long drive ahead of us. Otherwise all good and would highly recommend.”

“The front desk person was not friendly at all. You need to have your own streaming service login to watch many regular channels. The area is beautiful and the hot springs are very nice. We just felt that the service was lacking.”

“The area it was in was perfect. It was 5 steps away from the Amtrak station where we got off. It was also in the heart of downtown so everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance. The property also has a coffee shop, a bar, and a boutique in it. Unfortunately, the bar was closed due to renovations. Other parts of the hotel were under renovation as well while we were there, but I was pleased that it didn’t cause too much of a ruckus.”

“I love this area and this was my first time at this hotel. I really loved the history and the ambiance here. Lovely staff, great location. Would love to come back in the winter. ”

“Property was a little older on the outside. Rooms were nice and clean. Area was not super noisy. They are in the middle of updating a block of rooms so there was general construction mess but nothing terrible.”

“Outdated but extremely convenient and standard condition for a hotel. Nothing special. Pool “water park” is too shallow. Got scraped up from the shallow landing on the water slide. Deepest is 3’6””
