“The worst hotel stay ever! 1. Check-in time was supposed to be at 4:00pm. But the rooms were not ready at check-in time. Not only my family, but so many other families just had to wait for a long time until their rooms got ready. My family was able to ckeck in at 5:00pm. 2. The mattress was all broken and sinking into the centre. I wonder if prison mattresses are any worse than this. 3. When my wife was taking a shower at around 10pm, hot water just stopped. I called the front desk...

“The room was cozy. The decking needs some work but overall the property was fine. Close 2-3 minutes of walking to food and the lake. Will return again!!”

“We only spent one night in Waterton during our recent trip to Canada, but our stay here was wonderful. The room was very nice and comfortable, and dinner at the Restaurant was incredible! We visited here at the very end of the season, so the town was quiet and apparently shutting down for winter, but regardless we enjoyed our stay here very much, and I would definitely recommend this Inn in the futre.”
