“We showed up in a terrible storm, power out in most of the surrounding area for days. We managed to get two of the last rooms. The room price was cheap, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, and claw machines kept my niece occupied, and they even had a hotel bar open on weekends for the adults. Would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed in two non-smoking rooms with our children. Unfortunately, the rooms across from us were smoking rooms, so every time we opened our door, a strong cigarette smell came right into our room. It was very unpleasant. Additionally, both rooms had cracks in the windows, which made the rooms feel even less secure. The hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, and there is no breakfast. If you need your room cleaned, you have to request it at the front desk. I asked maintenance to remove the...

“Broken elevator.”

“This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter.”
