“Great spot. Handy having the bar/taverna right in front. Host empties the trash and brings fresh towels daily. Only disappointment was that the sun beds shown in the photos are not included with the room rate. Beds in the room left us with a bit of a back ache as well.”

“This property was very lovely. It was incredibly clean and offered many amenities. The unit itself was large with plenty of space, and very clean and comfortable. The area around it is quite and beautiful being right on the water! The walk to town isn’t too bad but there are dining options and a few stores nearby too. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again! ”

“Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. The kitchen has everything you need, except they don’t provide washing up liquid and sponge. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony for dinner or a drink. “We spent 2 weeks in August at Maria’s. Lovely apartments with beautiful surroundings and a gorgeous view. Apartments were basic but had everything we needed. There is a hairdryer (which isn’t mentioned in the description). Check in was easy, we had a late arrival and were advised in advance of our apartment number beforehand and access instructions. Housekeeping was daily and maids were very friendly. As mentioned previously, it is a steep hill up to the apartments but we found it walkable....

“The area was beautiful, the host was welcoming, the cleaning was daily. Food in the area was superb and plentyful. Boat hire is local. The driving in the local area was flatter than other parts of the island. There is nothing not to like!”
