“Reception staff were never welcoming or friendly, advised early arrival at 11am and they said they would advise if the room was quicker but nothing until asking again at check in time. Never once said hello when coming in or going out, were there for 6 nights. Asked for additional water for the room and directed to the bar, not helpful when provided by room cleaning staff.
