“I don’t usually write reviews. But this lodge was way out of my expectations. My experience with the lodge was fantastic. Every staffs were very nice and sincere. The energy vibe at the place was warm and welcoming. The food was AMAZING. The lodge only host 5 rooms. So It was very private. You could pretty much enjoy the entire property by yourself without sharing space.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff was kind and attentive and our guide and tracker on the game drives was amazing. We saw lots of wildlife and had a relaxing visit as everything was taken care of for us and zero planning was required upon arrival. Would definitely return in the future! ”

“숙소는 사진에서 본 바와 같았고, 럭셔리하진 않지만 편한하고 깨끗하고 포근하였습니다. 모든 음식이 맛있었고, 모든 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 풀장이 있으나 협소하였고, 날이 덥지 않아 이용은 하지 않았습니다만, 풀장 근처의 베드에 누워 초원을 바라보는 것 또한 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 이정도 가격에, 이정도 퀄리티와 서비스의 숙소라면 모두에게 추천하고 싶습니다.”

“We first stayed at Bongani Mountain Lodge 15 years ago and returned when we saw it on special over new year. Not much has changed in 15 years. We had a nice time - the food was good and our ranger and tracker were pleasant and informative. I would not rate this lodge as luxury. The room, with a queen size bed, had seen better days and with the thatch roof and poor choice of tiles it always seemed a bit grubby. The game viewing is not great. “This is a rustic camp. I stayed at one of the tent cabins. I loved the quiet, solitude and being in the trees. I woke up to birds chirping in the morning and numerous animal noises throughout the day and night with the occasional monkey jumping on the roof. I enjoyed the camping vibe that added to my Africa stay. Andre was a excellent host and helped arrange day trips. My only issue was hot water and I believe Andre fixed that issue.”
