"I am contacting the hotel directly to submit for at the very least partial reimbursement of my stay. I was put in a room that was, by all accounts, decaying. There was so much torn wallpaper, rust and decaying metal around the air conditioning unit, mold and rotting wood in the bathroom, etc. I asked to move to a new room immediately, and was told they were fully committed but that they could move me the following day (day 2 of my 3-night stay). I was indeed moved, and the room was no better. The exact same in size, only the mold problem was more significant. If they cannot keep the rooms in manageable condition, they need to close for renovation. This was unacceptable. "
