"The property is beautiful! It gives a true sense of being in the Caribbean. The grounds were full of beautiful well maintained trees and flowers. The restaurant is delicious! Get the full formed red snapper. The room was very spacious. Loved the fact there was a washer and dryer which allowed me to wash my clothes before i left. The property sits in the beach and is in walking distance from major beach entrance and restaurants."

"Leadership was great when engaged. I do feel for it being a Ritz property the overall consistency of the client experience can be better prioritized. Check in too way to long and communication was non existent, F&B compared to other resorts in Grace bay was in my opinion below the Ritz standard. Once again leadership very engaged and curious, however how this is trickled down to staff i think there is a-lot of room for improvement. I would rate 8/10 on all facets. Expected a 10!"

"What a beautiful property! Loved everything about it! The amenities were gorgeous and the staff was helpful and friendly. “Mr Happy” at the pool was always glad to see us and ready to get us anything we needed. The beach front property was heaven! The breakfast that was part of our package was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be back"

"Pros: our room had a full kitchen & the property provided complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas & daily fresh beach towels plus kayaks we could use. Located right in the center of Grace bay there’s tons of shopping & restaurants in walking distance. Staff was amazing, they text daily to see if we needed anything and were quick to bring it to us. Housekeeping was wonderful, always kept our room clean Cons: it’s not a luxury property but it’s exactly enough. Located a block off the beach it’s a 3 minute walk or parking available right at the beach access if you want to drive over. Your view is only construction & rooftops but the comfort of the room outweighed any cons"

"The Oasis property has an appealing combination of style, affordability, cleanliness, and a central location. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of great restaurants and downtown area. The staff consistently provides a welcoming experience. While the rooms are a nice size, guests should be aware of the potential for mosquito activity. Although there was ongoing construction on an adjacent property, it did not cause any disturbance during our stay. Furthermore, it is important to note that the island itself is a high-cost destination, so budgeting and pre-planning of dining options are highly recommended. Overall, our experience at the Oasis property and on the island was very much enjoyable, and we can't wait to go back."

"We loved The Sands! Great location. Beautiful beach. Rooms were large. Screened in porch was great. Washer/dryer in every room came in handy. Cute little mini kitchen perfect for coffee, breakfast and lunch. The staff is amazing! Walking distance to town and shops was a real plus for us. Highly recommend!"
