"We loved Turks and Caicos so much. The resort was nice. They are doing construction, which caused our water to go out so we were without water for about a day and a half but the hotel was accommodating they did give us a $300 credit and the staff were very helpful. Overall we would definitely go back and take our little ones."

"We went during slow season and it was great, staff was very attentive, property was clean and well staffed. Gym was proper even with chilled towels to cool off after your workout. The beach was not over crowded at all. Food at the resort was kind of pricey but that’s to be expected. Casino was kind of small but I’m not a gambler. My friend won a few hundred dollars. I truly enjoyed my stay and l would come back."

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"
