"This hotel is amazing, Very nice, great views. We went for my wife's birthday as a surprise trip and they upgraded us to ocean front, decorated the room, and took care of us upon check in. They only thing I would say, while the front desk and restaurant service was amazing, there was another large party at the pool causing it to severely affect the service to us as well us other guests not involved in the 40+ person party. At one point, we were waving down servers just to still have to wait. Over an hour for service and drinks at once point was crazy since all servers were attentive to the party. Otherwise, this trip was definitely an amazing one."

"Nice place! However, every time room service came and cleaned the room, they never replaced the washcloths. They always said they don’t have it in the cart, but they should since they are cleaning the room and replacing towels and wash cloths. They did it each day."

"This resort was Amazing, I wish the beach area were a little bigger but was still great. The staff go above and beyond. Rooms were clean, wish all rooms had a balcony but still very comfy. Food was great and service was too."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"
