"The suite I booked was very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. I had everything I needed, from toiletries to kitchen accommodations. Garden view is better in my opinion since it comes with more privacy and is quiet, still only meters from the beach. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without overdoing it. I did not get any erroneous charges. Check-in and out went smoothly and with punctuality. The grocery store shuttle was a great convenience too. The resort is not far from the airport. As far as nature goes, beach, water and landscaping were stunning. Some visitors pointed out the construction next door. It’s still in progress it seems but dormant. I didn’t hear any activity during my stay."

"When we arrived, the building we were supposed to be in had no water to it and was never told at check in. They knew there was a problem and should have moved us to a new building. We also had no water a few days later and again, was not informed. Had to cancel an excursion because of this and getting wrong answers from the hotel staff about an ETA of when water would be restored"

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"
