“The host is gentle, quick response to the problem occurred. But the villa is too far away from beach, need a car to go somewhere, status of the villa is not ok. We found Cockroaches and other animals in the bathroom. There no hot water in 2 bathrooms. Leek of water from the seiling (under the main bathroom). There are also dropping from the mouse on the cupboard and kitchen.”

“Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. ”
