“The front desk staff’s hospitality was memorable, but unlike other hot spring hotels, you can’t use a different bath the next day, and the restaurant staff also seemed bothered, so it wasn’t very good. However, I have no idea whether it is really worth using at that price. It was nice that I had enough room to use the hot spring by myself.”

“Good”

“It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. ”
