"Housekeeping staff was wonderful! Friendly and very thorough. The front desk staff were quite helpful. I have already recommended it to others, and we would stay here again. The fridge was very handy! Things that could use improvement: The included breakfast is a full English breakfast, which which couldn't eat as we are vegan. No options given. We were grateful to have secure parking, but it was less than nice. The pool looks like it needs a good scrub, or some maintenance on the bottom. "

Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges). There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia.
