โWe stayed in a small room with a lovely view of the Arromanche beaches. The location of this hotel provided wonderful access to Normandy D day landing sites, museums and cemeteries. It is directly across from the recently renovated Museum de Debarquement in Arromanche. We lived out of our suitcase as there was no dresser or closet. โWe had a lovely family room which was very spacious and beautiful, overlooking the garden. The bathroom had a welcomed walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and professional. Pleasant evening-turn downs with a room refresh given. Villa Lara is 1 minute walk from the Tours pick-up, the Cathedral, shops and great restaurants. Highly recommended. โ
โA beautiful and quiet escape in a picturesque chateau. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is superb and plentiful. If we ever return to this area we will definitely stay here. โ
โWe had a very enjoyable stay, spent a lot of the time at the pool which was heated and in a nice location. Room was large considering it was a standard. Staff friendly, clean hotel, lots of parking, short drive to town, nice location and surroundings.
We didn't eat at the restaurant as didn't like the menu.โ
