The family hosts are unbelievably nice and make extra effort to make everything so comfortable (even on unrelated concerns like helping me problem solve a parking ticket from Lake Como and paying the Freeform Toll). A stunning property, cannot believe we were able to get in same day after leaving an unhappy property in La Morra. Though the exteriors are traditional, the interior finishes are new and modern. We have a party so the parking lot is busy". No help was offered with luggage. Not even the idea if they could get the car keys and park the car themselves as they do in the decent hotel.
