Thankfully it worked out ok. An expensive error but could have been a bit worse. Josh in the bar was extremely helpful and friendly. His espresso martini was the best I have ever had. "

"When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella! Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session where my wife filled a bucket list dream of playing in a session in Ireland!"

"We booked three nights here and had a great stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean - there are eco options on room cleaning which we liked. The spa was a treat for a great massage (Karen was my masseuse.) My sister came up ill on our last stay and reception desk was able to extend our stay a fourth night even while booked up. "We loved our stay here! We had a group of 6 - one had to sleep on the couch but it is large and very comfortable! Very quaint and well-maintained. The host was very kind and helpful and attended to whatever we needed in a quickly and friendly manner. It was very easy to communicate prior to our arrival and she accommodated a late check-in with no issue. We enjoyed all the animals, they’re all very sweet and quiet. Beautiful country surroundings. "
