"공사중인 가림막을지나쳤다가 다시 돌아와서야 이 호텔인것을 알았습니다. 큰 소음은 없었지만 호텔 전면을 가려놓고 공사중에 영업을 하는건 너무 하네요. 카드 키 고장이 나서 마스터키로 열어주고 나중에 카드키 주겠다고하더군요. 객실은 좁아서 침대 주위로 겨우 지나다닐 정도고 물은 물론 커피포트나 기본 차 종류조차 없습니다. 물가가 비싼 나라라서 그려려니 하기엔 수준이 너무 낮습니다. 세면기 물도 잘 안빠지고 욕실이 너무 좁네요. 다행히 청소 상태는 괞찬습니다. "

"I am a foreigner. I arrived at Trier train station and tried to catch a taxi. But no taxi can be found. Uber is not working. So I had to walk about 30 minutes with a heavy luggage. When I arrived I asked the reception. The receptionist replied that I could use Google and call a taxi. But I don't speak German. I arrived the room but no water. I found the hotel has a vending machine selling the small size bottle at a higher price like in the airport. The next morning I had a breakfast which was included in the room price. The only hot food offered was just a boiled egg. Mainly bread and cheese. But they had full drink menu including milk, hot water, juices, and some fruits. The room was cold and the room temperature control was not working for some reason. But I found a very nice restaurant at the nearby hotel. I advise all visitors to bring their own cars or book taxies in advance, and bring your own water. The bed was comfortable and room is quiet. "
