"If you enjoy warm or hot showers, this is not the hotel for you. I stayed here five nights and had five cold showers. I know stuff happens, so I let the front desk know. I was told by the assistant manager that he would send maintenance. Again, cold shower next day. I figured whatever he tried didn't work and let the assistant manager know again. Again, he said he would send maintenence. Well, long story short, it repeated every day. I asked nicely for them to do something to make it right, and they did absolutely nothing. Did not offer to switch rooms, did not offer points, they did absolutely nothing. "

"Breakfast is wonderful. The staff is wonderful. It's clean the maids are working all day hard keeping this place clean. The front desk staff is wonderful. If you need to stay for the night or the week or the month this is a comfortable place to do it. It can definitely be a home away from home. And if you have animals it's probably the best place that you can choose. These people know hospitality and they do it right. "

"The worst sleep I have ever had. These beds were old and when I barely moved you can just hear the springs popping everywhere. There was trash left in the dressers. Shower rod was broken. Old showers head that had black all over it. Remote was left under the bed not that big of a deal but not professional at all. NEVER going here again I definitely do not recommend wasting your money here. Thank you"
