No hot water.when hot came no normal water to mix
No hot water. No cold water in bathroom No water in bathroom Just imagine you r in bathroom and there is water

Dear Valued , Warm greeting ! We are sincerely apologies for inconvenient cause you had during our stay.Due to trip at boiler hot water stop and since due to it many guest kept open the bathroom tab and all water gone.Since occupancy was full on that day we had big problem.but still we have provided hand to hand hot water to all the room as per their requirement.I hope you have share the complaint and or your feedback to us.So reception will resolve the issue and make your stay comfortably. I hope these minor issue can be resolved by hotel it self only.However,we have recovered many thing and renovated many room and improve the rest service as usual.We request you to give us one more chance to prove our standard hospitality service. The stay was okayish and bearable for a day. There were somethings that were not appropriate and the rooms need to be painted and maintained. Overall was a decent experience.

Disappointing
Booked a room all included (wi-fi, breakfast), but breakfast was refused. Staff rude. Careful they are entering in your room without knocking and they make hard noise at 6h30 a.m. (pushing furniture on the floor !!). Wi-fi very slow.... when it worked. So for this price, try another place.
