I booked a room with queen bed but instead I was given two twin beds joined together which was quite uncomfortable. The room needs better cleaning and house keeping. The curtains were dirty. The good thing was location and very helpful and cooperative staff.

It’s was near to my office, hence stayed here. hotel is close to good eateries. There was no one to help us with our luggage during check in. Check in was fast. Room was spacious and had basic requirements. Stayed here 5 nights. Bathroom had few issues - like lack of toilet paper, exhaust fan didn’t work, mould in ceiling, bathroom door doesn’t have any lock. So better suited to couples. Hot water doesn’t come instantly , you have to let water flow for 10 minutes before hot water comes out. Buffet Breakfast was basic but fulfilling. Weekdays breakfast was served in our room. AC worked well. Housekeeping done every day during our stay. Inspite of these issues, it was a comfortable stay once you get used to this 3 star hotel. Would recommend people who have work here in Navi Mumbai / or on budget to stay here. For the price we paid, hotel was good. Staff was polite. Would return if I’m back for work here in Belapur.
