Checkin was painful. Hotel asked for more money for kids and lot of documentation. I have been to many other hotels in India. I felt staff was collecting unnecessary documentation and pics of every person including kids.

Unpleasant...
My stay at the hotel on the 17th Feb was not pleasant due to the room given was very noisy as I guess there was a party next to my window & bathroom. I needed a peaceful sleep. That was my second time I stayed and I wouldn't stay there again or would recommend that to anyone.

Great location, decent rooms, but maybe overpriced
Bandra West is an amazing area of Mumbai to eat (from street food to high end restaurants), shop and wonder around (for example the sea side), and in that sense the hotel is very well located. The rooms are fine: relatively clean and equipped, but the price is significantly higher than in other places in India which makes one feel being ripped. However, I wasn't able to find anything similar in the area for this price, so I won't complain further. Overall, it's a fine hotel to stay if you're doing tourism on a budget: don't expect a lot, but enough to go by just fine.

Good, but can be better.
So, whats good about the hotel is that it is fairly decent stay for its per day rate and it is in a good, busy locality of Mumbai- Bandra. Shopping, restaurants, cabs and autos are easily accessible. The hotel's restaurant is pretty good both in quality and service. The areas of improvement are: poor wifi service, the attitude of the hotel for extra charges for every small thing. The cleanliness could be improved upon.

The Overall stay with my family was pretty good. We were all happy with everything. The hotel staff were very polite and decent as well as the room and hotel was clean. Especially the manager was very cooperative and helpful too. Overall according to the pricing and location, i would say the best.

It was booked mainly for Parents. They are happy with stay so giving good rating. Main purpose was official work at Bandra Kurla Complex.

Convenient Location
Was disappointed because Expedia promised complimentary shuttle to the airport (we arrived by rail) but on our departure they refused to give us complimentary transport to the airport. I called Expedia from Mumbai to ask them to talk to the hotel management, which your Rep did call, but the person at the front desk said they were busy and to call back later. I just gave up.

Good area - Great Price for Mumbai
I was surprised by the fact that the room had a small balcony. Although no view, it is nice to have for making the room more airy. Good restaurants nearby and places to have a drink right across the street. Upbeat neighborhood, shopping all over, and even possible to take an extended stroll to the boardwalk on the ocean. Blocks to the train station and so MUCH better than the Colaba area! Small complaint: no beer service in the room and the breakfast is adequate to good.

Nice hotel walking distance to all shopping.
It was a good experience. Breakfast was good, everyone was friendly, to my experience if I travel to Mumbai I will book this same hotel.

Terrible!! Suitcase lock tampered
Frequent traveller to Mumbai and guest of this hotel with my family. However on this trip in April 2015, it was the most terrible and unpleasant experience. On the 2nd day of our stay, while my mother and I were out of the hotel, the lock of our personal suitcase was tampered with (appeared someone tried to forcefully open it, but luckily was unable to). Also, our bathroom too was used - absolutely disgusting. We immediately lodged a complaint with the hotel staff on duty, CCTV footage quite vague and of no use was reviewed but inconclusive. Hotel staff on duty only spoke to us but did nothing more. No manager was on duty either! We were not even provided a complaint form on our request as they do not have any!!!.. No avenue for a guest to complain! On repeatedly requesting the staff on duty and the manager via phone to issue me a letter on their letter head to acknowledge this incident, they refrained from doing so. The complaint and problem remained unsolved, and with the staff's carefree attitude with regards to this situation and insulting and rude attitude to us - their female guests, we did not feel any reassurance or feel safe in continuing our stay at the hotel. We checked out one day earlier than our pre-booked duration. Even though the hotel location is convenient, we will NEVER again stay at this hotel where our privacy and safety is compromised.

Cleanliness was worst; Quality of service can't be described in words, hotel staff was so rude and made the entire stay unconfortable.

Good location, acceptable bed but poor Breakfast
Location is very good but needs some effort to find the hotel as there was no sign on the road. It is actually behind KFC. Room was clean (gold room), bed was just OK and sheets has some spots. Room has small fridge with only few drinks and a snack basket, everything cost 40 INR. Shower was good with basic toiletries. People at the reception were friendly and helpful. Now not so nice things - Breakfast area felt like animal shed and the food quality was just terrible. In the room there was only one towel and no hand towel, no tissues. Overall acceptable for a stay of 1-2 nights. Other countries definitely give you better rooms for the same price, but I guess that is Bandra price you need to pay.

Pas d accueil a l aéroport comme prévu. Hôtel vétuste et mal insonorisé. Personnel sympathique et soucieux. Literie d'un autre âge. Je n'aime pas la nourriture indienne je ne peux donc pas juger le petit déjeuner .Transfert retour a l aéroport sans problème mais prévenir 2h avant. En résume hôtel très éloigné des normes européennes mais quand on voit ce que vit la population de Mumbai a t'on le droit de se plaindre... Bon séjour malgré tout . Quartier animé proche de la gare de Bandra

Great Location, but could improve the service.
Location is the word to describe this particular Hotel. I was travelling to Mumbai to participate in the half-marathon and needed a place to stay close to the Bandra Fire Station. This Hotel fits the bill for that purpose - hardly 10 mins from the destination made me chose this hotel. they accomodate my request for a late check-in and provided me with the Suite Room on arrival. However the Room faces the Hill Road and that offers for a noisy stay during the night. I hardly got a chance to use the rest of the facilities. I would request the hotel to improve on the quality of the Towels provided. Food-wise, there are tons of restaurants on the mainroad, hardly at 2 mins walk. And oh, there is a KFC as well at the entrance.

We stayed in hotel for a night and the room was fine and location is very much convenient, for sure. Now comes the bad part... Breakfast was included but was denied. Wifi charges are exhorbitant... 500 Rs for 24 hr wifi! Thats insane. Location masks all the other short comings.

Good location and excellent service.
Stay was very comfortable and room was well-equipped and clean. Staff was also very cordial and really appreciate the reminder call in the morning for breakfast before closure time. Location is very good and would definitely stay again on my next visit :)

Metro Palace - not a good experience
I would not stay at this hotel, When I reached the hotel there was furniture repairing going in passage between lift and my room so it was noisy. At arrival I was told that I will be charged extra for bed which was like 30% of total room charge, though Expedia has also charged me for extra person. So in all I had to pay almost 50% more for extra person. My spouse asked for drinking water and they never bothered to send it over. If you ask them any explanation for charge, they will ask you to contact Expedia.

Decent for short business stay
Due o recent construction, it took me time to find to the hotel location. And the fact that Hotel Neon Signage was turned off in night didn't help. Hotel staff was helpful and rooms were in decent shape and clean. Room service was prompt. The outdoor hotel on second terrace can use some styling and upgradation. Also, this hotel is fairly close to Bandra Kurla Complex. Overall, I would stay again for a short business visit.

Fun in the city
I really enjoyed staying here. Bandra is an exciting, busy neighbourhood so you don't come here for quiet, but there's lots to explore in the immediate vicinity and its very convenient to many different Mumbai highlights. Great restaurants in walkable distance include "Eat around the corner" (great, healthy options, although noisy) and Candies. The "gold" room was immaculately clean, which is always my main comfort concern. The bed was very hard, but this is typical of anywhere you find that is below 5-stars in India, so not actually a consideration for this price-point. The staff were super friendly and made my 3 days all the more enjoyable.

I went for a couple of days where I had to travel to the Bandra Kurla Complex for work. The stay was very friendly and they helped me get transportation to wherever I went at a moments notice. The breakfast was good too.

The staff which "greeted" us were rude, mumbling their way through the check-in process. As a foreigner, they were particularly interested in "my card" -- which the manager was incapable of defining exactly what it was he was asking for. In the end, they copied my passport (not all staff were rude, but many of them seemed competent only in standing around and staring at you like zombies in a B movie). The room was designated as a Silver Room, which was small, dingy, damp -- complete with bedspread with various dark stains. The bathroom was okay. The balcony overlooked into trees and the street below. One of the two lifts were under repair and a source of sporadic noise starting around 8am or so. We didn't bother with the complimentary breakfast. Over all, not a good place for couples and more geared towards single travelers who don't mind some grime and rude or indifferent staff.

Location was good, staff was very nice, but I think the hotel is used partially by guests from the night clubs nearby as a single night stay. The beds were a little gross, and we found blood on our towels and sheets. Kind of strange...

Budget hotel in heart of Bandra with best tea ever
I had a meeting at BKC and needed somewhere close by for one night. I had asked for the complimentary airport pick up and although their representative was at the airport as I came out, there was a half hour wait for the car to arrive which was unfortunate especially after a long haul flight. The hotel is a 3 star and as such, although somewhat basic, it conforms to expectations. The location is superb for shopping and eating although for me that was not a concern. The hotel also has an Oriental restaurant attached as well as a bar and night club, neither of which I had occasion to experience. If you want Indian food at the hotel room service is the only option. The included breakfast was pretty basic and I had a masala omelette which was rather good. But the standout expereince for me was the tea at breakfast which was served from a small chaiwallah type of container and was far and away the best tea I have ever had in any hotel of any standard anywhere, and I'm including top 5 stars! It was totally awesome! All in all you get what you pay for and there were no surprises.
