철저한 보안으로 맘 편히 지낼 수 있었고, 무엇보다 넓은 객실에 오븐, 냉장고, 인덕션, 조리도구 등이 갖춰져 있어 요리에 부족함이 없었고 애완동물의 반입이 자유로운듯 했습니다.

few staff members need retraining of guest handling skills, its either a training issue or hiring problem. Nishant (Director) & Sameer as seasoned professionals managed couple of embarrassing situations. Thanks to the two men who are seen almost attending everything in my observation. our stay would not have been memorable without these two.

I had to wait for 1-2 hrs before checking, the room was not ready by 3 PM and we finally get to check in at 5 PM. Room was not very functional when we get in, bathroom were not very clean. TV we’re not working properly, we had to call house keeping so many times. Also there were some dirty dishes kept outside the room for the entire duration of the stay.

I stayed in 2 Bedroom Lake View Apartment. Very spacious apartment, With Kitchen and Refrigerator. The room service folks Vithoba and Rajesh took good care of our room with daily cleaning and did a great job. Access to Renaissance was awesome. We had Breakfast included and both Marriott and Renaissance were awesome with ton of choices. Overall a nice stay. Renaissance is much modern but does not have the large 2 Bed Rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai - Marriott Executive Apartments. The lake view from the 5th floor room no. 518 is absolutely fabulous. You can just relax on the bed and take in the view, be it dawn, day, dusk or night. Daytime complimentary cocktail prepared by Rohit was simply superb. High Tea was a mela of sorts, with kite flying, several games, puppet show for kids, etc. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Comparatively, Dinner buffet was ok-ish. Courtesy of the staff is excellent. They do make an effort to ensure comfort of the guest. Albeit slow the service is good.

Awful! Terrible! Unhygienic!

Sewage backs up into the toilet. Team unable to resolve for hours. We walked out of the hotel in 4 hours after they just couldn’t get their act together. Never stay here. It’s a sham!

The hotel and the services were great. I appreciate the possibility to have grocery shopping done by the hotel. The only downside was the road around 200 meters long before the gate that was very adventurous;)

apartment at the price of a room

Mumbai has a traffic issue and the place is not centrally located. So first check whether you're ok with the location. The accommodation is quite outdated; However, at the price of a hotel room you get a small apartment with kitchen, dining, living and bedroom. So if you spend time in the room or you like to cook or entertain, then this place is an option to consider. If you look for modern luxury with top notch amenities then keep looking

A stay in Marriott Apartment

One of the old and nice property in Powai. Lakeside hotel, although didnt had room on lake view but the apartment was comfortable. Not to far from Hiranandani, so if you checking this place. Thumps up.

Just Like Home

My guests had a wonderful time staying here and found the perfect ambience to relax and work at the same time.The water fountains at the alfresco dining area age the perfect atmosphere to spend the evening. And the several restaurants in the vicinity in the main Hotel building , all great.
