“Not what I paid for. The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. ”

“Cleanliness was spot on, even to my high standards. Appreciated the little details dotted around the place too. Purpose of the visit was to see some family members so when we return (hopefully in the not too distant future), I will certainly strongly consider returning. ”

“a good stay. Perhaps some of the property could do with a more thorough clean as I ended up cleaning the whole cutlery drawer. Somewhere to hang washing would be beneficial as not every clothing item is suited for the washer dryer. Bathroom nice, but as others have commented, some amenities would be welcomed”

“Upon arrival had Sunday dinner! Never had.meal that nice at Any.pub before. One night as visiting friend in care home.Breakfast . Full English or vegan plus option of any cereal. Cooked fresh! ”

“Great hotel. The staff are so friendly! My partner loves it as she uses it as a base to go out for work. They don't really cater for those who work from the hotel. There's even a sign up saying "No laptops" in the restaurant area. So Working during the day means sitting in the cafe or room. Shame not to have some quiet areas to work from. There's a reception but that's not ideal. Breakfast ran low a few times but the staff were always on it when asked. Need some tea pots as its a...
