"The hotel was charming, the room an adequate size, bed was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Wi-fi worked well and there was free parking. The restaurant dinner meal was beautiful and breakfast very generous. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is in an excellent location in Keswick and the staff were very helpful. The bar area was large and relaxing. However, the room, apart from the carpets, was tired and needed refurbishment. "The two issues we had were - Hotel staff very noisily recycling empty bottles at 5:50am the first morning waking us both up Bedroom blinds weren’t very effective at keeping sunshine out and bedrooms were very light by 6am"
