Hotel etwas abseits gelegen, Suboptimal für Städtetrip mit den Öffentlichen. Der Name sagt ja schon dass es eher auf Messebesucher ausgelegt ist. Sauber und Gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sehr sauber.

I'm fairly certain I got BED BUGS from this hotel. As I woke up with large welts on my arm and stomach which weren't there before. Additionally the door handle in the hallway broke off leaving me unable to exit the building at all. I had to return to my room to call the front desk clerk to come open the door from the other side to let me out.

schlechte Lage des Hotels (sozialer Brennpunkt), Nebeneingang ist zu jeder Uhrzeit für ALLE auch Nicht- Hotelgäste zugänglich! Die Rezeption war nur bis 22:30 Uhr besetzt. Stark in die Jahre gekommene Möbel- Oberflächen schon sehr stark abgenutzt, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig- Staubschichten an Regal und Bett. Preis von 333€ für zwei Nächte ist total überzogen!

Close enough to the city center to be convenient, far enough to be away from the worst of traffic. Sadly there isn't too much within short walking distance, but there are many great local dining spots within a short drive. The rooms were very modern, clean, and wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was a massive variety of foods, sure to please both the continental and American palate.

Clean. Friendly staff. Room was nice. Excellent duvet. Room was a little hot in the summer, and there were no window screens or air conditioning. I felt it was a great value for the money.

Excellent location and close to the bus 197 and subway system. Adicional, two supermarkets and very affordable the hotel breakfast for 9 euros.

Basic clean hotel but disappointing

Was surprised to not find any air con in the hotel - made for pretty sleepless nights during the heatwave. Paper in the room said the bar was open until 10pm but apparently this was stopped 3 years ago, so there was nothing within walking distance except a limited selection of drinks in a chiller in the reception. Friendly staff and hotel was clean but in need of a refresh. A disappointing stay for the amount it cost.

It was in a residential area out of the city centre but was really easy to catch a but to the U Bahn. We could see a field out of our window. The room was really clean and the man on reception spoke excellent English. The breakfast was really very good.

Innen gut und sauber. Außen Zweckarchitektur

Für den Preis hervorragend und vor allem sind die Zimmer sauber. Frühstück auch preisgerecht, ok. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist insofern gut, als es sehr ruhig ist. Man kann bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Landschaftsschutzgebiet und Trimm dich Anlage vor der Tür. Der Weg zum Hotel von U5 Neuperlach Zentrum über eine Fußgängerbrücke führt 20min durch hässliche Hochhäuser. Wirkt aber sicher und ist beleuchtet. Alternativ fährt ein Bus.

overall cleanliness ok, however, huge spider webs on top of the curtains was an unexpected, disappointing sight. middle section of the hotel floor had a strong and discomforting detergent smell. other than that all ok considering pricing. very friendly staff. I did not breakfast there so no idea how that is.
