Very central spot. Impeccably clean. Room is small/cozy but exceeded my expectations. Nice little touches with free coffee, tea and small snack items. Check in/out was no problem. I enjoyed my stay!

Great location. We wanted to walk everywhere in the city center, which was easily doable. We had the apartment on the 5th floor with 3 bedrooms. It also had a small outdoor patio, which was nice but it was 90 degrees. The AC is in the living room so the bedrooms can get warm but we managed (we were there in August). The recommended parking by the hotel had ample spots and was a quick 10 minute walk away. Please note that there are no keys and everything is done through your phone. You can ask for a key card but we were able to use our phone to access the building and room. Also note that the elevator does not reach the 5th floor. For the apartment, you will need to get off on the 3rd floor and take stairs to the 5th floor. We were able to manage our luggage but it may be an issue for anyone with limited mobility. There was staff there during the day but not at night. Overall, we really liked it and would stay again.

Outstanding hotel. Great location - 2 minutes from Tram, a couple of blocks from the Hoffbrau House as well as the town square. Rooms are small, but very well equipped with thoughtful little touches such as mini fridge, free bottle of water, and very comfortable beds.

Thank you for your review. We try our very best to communicate this to every guest with our pre-stay messages. Due to the number of booking channels, this unfortunately is not possible every time. We are making continuous efforts to improve our messaging to further improve our guest experience. Our usual attendance times are 9 AM to 9 PM on workdays. Outside these hours, we can be reached via phone. Our WhatsApp communication is currently still being rolled out, but we are proud to report continuously increasing accessibility times and faster response times here as well.

Excellent Hidden Gem!
Amazing hotel! I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough. Staff were friendly and responsive. Rooms had details that made the room beautiful. Beds were the best we’ve experienced our entire trip - leaving us to stay an entire day sleeping! Window opened to a quaint courtyard, with a nice breeze. Checkin was initially a bit confusing, but easy with guidance. Location was absolutely perfect, and very safe.

Bei Städtetrips legen wir bei Hotels vor allem Wert auf 2 Dinge: zentrale Lage und bequeme Betten - beides hat hier perfekt gepasst! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber funktional und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Zusatz “Boutique” ist wegen der vielen kleinen, intelligenten Design-Elemente gerechtfertigt. Beim Service merkt man, dass die kleine Extrameile gegangen wird, um die Gäste glücklich zu machen, zum Beispiel war Late Check-out problemlos bis 12Uhr möglich, wir wurden informiert als das Zimmer zum Check-in bereit war und wir haben proaktiv einen Rabatt angeboten bekommen, da Bauarbeiten an der Fassade stattfanden. Andererseits wird z.B. beim Check-in viel automatisiert bzw. digitalisiert, was für uns kein Problem war. Tagsüber ist immer jemand vor Ort bei Fragen - in diesem Zusammenhang auch vielen Dank an den Mitarbeiter Nano für den freundlichen Service!

Our room was small but the bed was absolutely amazing and comfortable. Easily the best bed we stayed in during our 14 day/ 6 hotel trip. The location is great, Hofbrauhaus is literally around the block and Marienplatz is just a couple minutes away. It's about a 5 minute walk to the Hofbrauhaus Parkhaus and easy to navigate. There are tons of dining options around the area. Don't overlook this little boutique hotel!

English translation of “Boutique “ is SMALL. While it was clean and the bed was soft, 2 people could not move around at the same time. One had to get on the bed or stand in the bathroom. Otherwise it was nice and clean. Location was outstanding as we walked everywhere and arrived within minutes to the HofbrauHaus and Marienplatz. Great place to store your luggage, shower, and sleep.

Great location. Very small rooms. Only one English speaking channel on the TV. Few services as this style of boutique hotel is designed for self service. Bed was comfortable. Shower curtain is too short.

Pricey but well located
Pros: Very good location, comfy bed Cons: small room, no real coffee (instant) or black tea. No free water, no tissues in the bathroom, impossible to take a shower without water going everywhere, noisy aircon ventilators in the courtyard. All together too expensive for what it offers but Munich is overpriced for hotels anyway.
