But we have a lot of different styles so everybody may find a style he/she likes. We are as well checking and changing the bathroom fittings and our water pipes regularly. The water in Germany and especially in Munich generally is of a very high quality, but it is checked additionally and regularly by the local health department. So you do not have to fear any pollution or health risks. We are very glad that you spent a pleasant time in our hotel and that you have been satisfied with our services. We are very sorry that you have not been satisfied with our services and that the hotel/the accomodation did not meet your expectations although we provided you a free up-grade. The unexpected fee that you mentioned refers to the charge for the breakfast, we suppose. As you did not have booked this service there was a surcharge. Our reception staff re-checked your booking and informed you that breakfast was not incuded in the booking we received. We regret this very much, but actually it was not our fault as the reservation files show. We are very sorry that you left our hotel with a negative impression and hope that there will be an opportunity to convince you of our services.
