This is a fairly new hotel. I love IHG because I always know what to expect when I stay there. The room was new, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. They helped us get our passports downloaded for checking in with our airlines. We came by bus and it was a 3 block walk which wasn't bad at all. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! We would stay again!

The place looked dingy. When you exited the elevator at night it took a bit for the lights to come on. Carpeting in my room was spotted, dirty and the room smelled musty until we opened the window to air it out. They offered a great breakfast. Would I stay again the answer is no. It is a little further than some of the hotels around Munich airport and what you save on a hotel you spend in taxi fees. And I didn’t like the dirty carpet

We had a great experience at this hotel. There were 16 of us, staying in 8 rooms for three nights and the accommodations and friendliness of the staff was well worth the drive out by the airport. The check-in was near flawless and the breakfast lady on Sunday morning, July 27, went out of her way to provide some breakfast items for us even though we had to leave an hour before breakfast even started. We will definitely use this facility again when we are visiting Munich in the future.

Staff was so helpful and arrange for a car service to get us back to Munich airport ($40). Clean, great breakfast, cute little town easy to walk to for a late dinner. Good spot for a late flight in and early flight the next day. Only surprise was how far location was from the airport. Uber was $50 and took about 20 minutes. Had thought it was much closer based on airport map.

Great stop for 1 night

We stayed there one night while passing through Munich. The hotel is about 15 min drive from Munich International Airport which is very convenient. The room was pretty small, but comfortable. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and nice. We arrive late in the evening and hotel's parking was already full, but we were able to find street parking close by. Very good value for your money.

Very good but…

It was very nice, and the customer service at the reception was excelente. The only thing is that the air conditioner didn’t work until they arrived to fix it on the next day, and we didn’t have toilet paper upon arrival. It is also very far away from the airport.

We stayed one night. There wasn't any free parking at the hotel and underground parking was 18 euro. The hotel claims they have 5 free parking spaces but perhaps they are being used by personnel. 5 spaces are certainly not enough for a large hotel such as theirs. Mattress on the bed was very comfortable. Mattress on the sofa was very thin and uncomfortable. We ordered a room for three. The room was so small that when the sofa was opened, there was no room to move around. The small table and the stool had to be taken away to make room for the opened sofa. There weren't any cupboards or shelving to place one's personal items.

The hotel was average. The breakfast was amazing, and the selection was good. The hotel's location is far from the airport, despite being listed as an airport hotel. We hired a Taxi and paid over a hundred dollars to get to the hotel and back.
