We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. The rooms and common areas were very clean, and the location was excellent. The beach was within walking distance, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making everything very convenient. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Very good location, nice pool, friendly staff, well equipped room with kitchenette, cutlery, crockery, kettle etc. No problems parking on road outside hotel. Lovely buffet brunch with loads of choice. Wifi was an bit slow but everything else excellent

Nicely renovated reception and dining area. Good value branch. Apartment itself OK well equipped kitchen nice stuff in the restaurant. Let you sit there even half an hour after closing time with no pressure. Good value for money in the eastern peak.

The room was spotless, the reception staff were welcoming, the pools were lovely, the lifeguard was funny, I liked the bean bags by the pool with the table tennis on the astroturf. We were close to plenty shops and restaurants. We didnt buy breakfast, we had a kitchenette to cook our own meals. It could do with more utensils, and atleast have basics like salt and pepper in the cupboard than keep coming downstairs to ask. It was nice to chill on the balcony after a day out. We wouldnt work the tv very well, it was very outdated, so didnt use it. We had a sink pipe leak, but the staff sorted it asap which was great. Overall, a nice place to relax!

Rooms are clean and staff were generally pleasant. This was our second visit as we enjoyed the central location of the hotel. Lovely renovation to pool area at main hotel. The annexe pool isnt so nice. Sadly no longer any evening entertainment and bar closed at a very early 7pm.

Great vibe, friendly and relaxing!

I was there with my teenage daughter and we had a fantastic time here. From check in to check out we felt right at home. Loved the vibe, the friendly guy who both checked us in and out, Marga in the bar who made awesome drinks and the super cool DJ who played music every afternoon. It was quiet at night, and the apartment had basically everything you need (a drying rack for dishes and a pair of scissors would have been a great complement though.) Loved the long pillows. Both me and my daughter would love to stay here again.

Really pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to stay here! The staff were really lovely and the room was more impressive than the photos. Parking is a little bit annoying if you come back later in the evening but you’re never too far from the hotel.

The apartment was clean and had everything to self cater. Air conditioning was good. Most staff were friendly. The pool looked quite tired but we went to the beach most days so it was ok. Location is right in the town centre close to shops and restaurants. The hotel overbooked and we were put into an alternative hotel for 1 night which did spoil our first impressions. I would return to the hotel though.

Staff at the Hotel was veru good. I had book am accomodation for my familty of 3.. I was given a room in the extended part of hotel , which didnt give a good feel .. it is cut off from Main Building .. It is an average accomodation.

Good location

Food buffet was nice, we did it one day when we were by the pool. It’s unlimited for breakfast, brunch and lunch so we went in 2-3 times during the time period. We stayed in the lago2 which was more run down but fine. Pool towels would have been appreciated to be included in the price as we had to use our room towels which was annoying. Housekeeping was good but there were 2 days out of the week they didn’t clean (as in they don’t clean on those days). Hotel room had strong smell of drains particularly during the first part of the week, not sure if it was related to the wetter weather as it went away when it was sunnier. Little kitchenette was good, well equipped and easy to make meals in. Beds were quite comfy but pillows too flat, used a blanket underneath but still wasn’t very comfortable. Bit noisy as our room faced the bar. Staff all friendly and helpful. Local area was fine, lots of nice restaurants (we liked el patio and the pizza place a street or so nearby) and nice beach, beach quite small so not much room for kids to play football. Worked well as a base for us to explore the island. Had no issues with on street parking apart from one sunny weekend day where we just parked a bit further away.

All the hotel staff are lovely, very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is in a good central position for shops and restaurants and has a good, secure bike storage facility with limited tools, a bike wash station, a shower, a toilet and drinking water. The room was specious with a seperate bedroom, 2 large single beds pushed together but made up separately, a shower room with hairdryer, dining/kitchenette/living area and a small balcony. Utensils a bit battered and burnt but ample pans ect. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle all provided. Cleaners almost everyday baring twice a week and although it was nice of them to straighten the beds and empty the bins, not much cleaning took place! Although the hotel states there is wifi in the rooms, we were unable to access it at all during our 12 night stay at the beginning of October. The pool was freezing as it doesn't get the sun all day and not all the sunbeds are able to be in the sun but, again, it was October. The bar is cheap enough and you are allowed to have glass round the pool area. The only bad thing to say about the hotel is the extremely annoying background music played constantly in the reception and pool area. It was like being put on hold on the phone only you couldn't hang up! There are prettier locations to stay, like Pollenca but Muro does have lots going on and the hotel is literally just accross the road from the beach. Altogether, a pleasant stay for what we paid. Definitely a 3* plus.

The Good: mostly clean with modern rooms, and well maintained medium-sized pools. Close to half a dozen decent restaurants and the excellent beach (albeit very crowded). Friendly reception, entertainment, and cleaning staff. The Bad: The immediate surroundings outside are busy with trash on the ground and a poorly maintained park. A large tree branch fell into the pool area during our stay. The air con was very weak and ineffective. The wifi went down for a couple of days but was fixed within 48 hours. The cleaners missed our room on 5 out of 6 days. A laundry strike meant we couldn’t get fresh towels until day 4. The check in system needs updating as it took 15 mins to get our keys. Don’t expect to get taxis but there are frequent buses for getting to the port and the old town. The Ugly: They advertise building 1 and its pool but half of guests are placed in building 2 around the corner. The property between them is owned separately and includes shops, a park, and an outdoor bar which plays loud music until midnight. We (2 adults & 2 kids) were put in building 2 above the bar, which was noisy as hell and smelled of cigarette smoke; we couldn’t open the balcony door or go outside. We stayed there for one night until we could be moved to the opposite side of building 2 for the remainder which was much better. However because the room allocation is pot luck, I would not go back nor recommend this hotel.

Hotel condition is very poor. There is no instructions inside the room explaining how to turn on the air conditioner. The phone to reception is not working either so we have to go down to reception and ask for help. The lady helped us turn the air conditioner on. The second day, air conditioner is not working again. We got down to ask reception for help but this time it was a male receptionist who knows nothing. He gave us instruction of the air con (wrong instruction by the way) and says if we move the setting on the dial it will be broken and no one can fix it until the next day because. engineer can’t come today. Therefore we were sleeping in the heatwave for one night with windows wide open (extremely noisy). The next day, engineer came and told us we were given wrong instruction and the air conditioner is working fine if we point it to the right spot. This is a self service apartment but there is no dishwasher so be aware of this. Lots of ants running in the kitchen area which is a bit disturbing. It’s certainly not the standard I’m expecting for the amount I’ve paid for 1 bed apartment but maybe it is what it is at peak season. I can’t fault the location though. Beach is literally cross the road and playa de muro is beautiful. There are some nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Figueret.

We stayed there for 9 days. Really great hotel for families, clean big apartments, very good breakfast and dinner, kind and positive staff (both at reception and canteen) We were lucky as our room was facing street, less lucky might listen to the very loud music from the bar. Overall it's an amazing family focused hotel. Thanks to staff who made our stay pleasant

Good times

Facilities outdated but well maintained. We stayed at the flats/studios in the second building. The unlimited buffet deal was great making the price affordable for breakfast and lunch. The building is right under a terrace bar so it can get quite loud until late making sleep quite difficult for the young ones.
