“There would have been no need for customer service as we were late arriving guests. But a quick phone call to the office left me feeling confident in my choice (of motel) and cared for, personally. I had four kids with me so this was reassuring and helped me relax into the drive with knowledge of safe and ‘pre warmed’ room. The ground floor room combo we enjoyed was simple and perfect for our needs. There was a baby crying sporadically next door but sound insulation was adequate and we all slept...

“One of the best rooms we’ve stayed in, very spacious, comfortable bed, great shower and excellent value for money. The garden surrounds are second to none with tropical like pagolas situated throughout grounds and BBQ facilities available. Walk across road to Sporties club.”

“Staff were all efficient and friendly , nothing was any trouble. The restaurant serves delicious food, with fresh produce and has an imaginative menu. I would certainly recommend the motel ,location is a little way out of city centre , but only a short Uber trip away . The lake across the road is perfect for that morning stroll, playground for the children , and you can get a good coffee, and donut from the food carts. ”

“Felt like a relatively new building and so everything worked well and was modern an clean. We liked having the seats outside the room on the sunny side of the building. Reception staff were friendly and told us about the Holbrooke Hotel for meals further into town. It was a lovely venue too and the meals were much better than your average pub experience. ”
