Pas de cuisine

Personnel agréable, chambre silencieuse, bien situer. par contre internet aléatoire, pas de ménage pendant le séjour. et au contraire du descriptif d'Hotel.com pas de bouteille d'eau, pas de plateau thé/café, pas d'ustensile de cuisines, mais uniquement deux assiettes avec deux fourchettes et deux verres, l'intérêt était dans cette chambre avec cuisine était de pouvoir cuisiner autre choses que des soupes lyophilisé

My family were travelling to bkk and had a day to spend in Oman. I booked this hotel because it was close to the matra7 souk. It was clean and comfy. Very good value for money.

Not as promised

The description by Hotels.com seemed as if it were for another hotel. There was no fireplace, no cookware, no bottled water, and no separate living room. Most of all there was no free breakfast--which was to be included. The Internet access required a new user and password each day rather than something that lasted for one's entire stay. There was no shuttle to and from the airport tho a taxi was ordered on request. The folks at the reception desk did their best to be helpful but the Manager needs to improve his treatment of guests. Tours were offered but those consisted of taxi rides to a location and the time for a return pickup announced.
