Lovely modern hotel

Lovely hotel with beautiful pool area. Room was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also good. Location was conveniently close to the airport and near enough main attractions. Lighting in the room was too dim and staff could have been more attentive. Parking was limited

Last Minute Win!

We booked this stay very last minute but were so impressed and pleased with the outcome! The staff were helpful and friendly. Our favorite part of the stay was our spa treatment. We had heavenly massages in a clean, relaxing environment. The prices were very reasonable! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

Nice pleasant stay

Good stay overall. Staff very friendly. Especially Paolo in the breakfast buffet and very attentive. Good services and convenient access to Muscat and wider areas. Some service was a little slow such as receiving batteries for the remote and a new pillow. But otherwise okay.

The hotel is convenient to the airport. The pool area was very nice. Front desk was fine - the first room was overlooking the parking lot, despite upgrading to pool view. The room was changed once the front desk was informed. Some areas smell heavily of cigarette smoke and the room had some water damage in the walls. The room was quiet, which was nice.

The staff who are Omani and light skinned (non-African) racist with this. We are brown skinned travelers from the USA with educated professional background. There was a young Omani girl who Che led us in and gave us a dirty room, and the room was located of all the places next to other brown skinned Asian guests. This is quite unfortunate and shows a lack of training by management. There were rude to us on the phone when asking for simple things. Would also shut off our acres card when accessing the pool, we would be wet drenched after using the pool shivering cold as we couldn’t access our room. This was a local light skinned non African Omani guy working there. The cleaning staff and their Asian and African Omani bosses were very accommodating, made the room much better and even offered us an upgrade. For an global company, this sort of raced based behavior is really shameful and I hope all American and European readers of this post along with Expedia will strongly hold them liable!

J’ai séjourné 10 nuits dans cet hôtel et je n’ai rien à redire : tout était parfait. L’établissement est propre, beau, les chambres comme les espaces communs sont impeccables. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours serviable. Mention spéciale à Thierry, directeur de la cuisine, et à Sonia, dont la gentillesse et le professionnalisme sont remarquables. Grâce à eux, l’expérience a été encore plus agréable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

We booked this hotel about a month ago, and on the day of arrival we arrived late and tired to find out that they didn't prepare our room as booked. At first they told us that there is no room for us! Then suddenly a surprise room appeared!!! We went to the room to be surprised that it was used and the bathroom was dirty. We went down to the lobby to discuss with the staff and they gave us an upgrade to another room, and we are grateful for that. But the shocking thing is that when the manager called, she treated us as if we were liars and that the cleaning mistake they have made was made by us!! The room was used and the bathroom was dirty and the manager was rude to us, and this is unacceptable to us👌

Our stay

Quite confusing with the cleaning process where we had to inform reception if we wanted our rooms clean. Not with a leaflet outside or daily cleaning. Anas the receptionist was really good in trying to help us. In general there was a lack of interest to help.
