โThe staff are very helpful and friendly. Most staff speak some English which is good when you are tired after a long journey and seem to have forgotten any french you knew. The beds was lovely and comfortable and the French external blinds cut out noise and light for a peaceful sleep. The room and ensuite bathroom are clean.
The breakfast is continental with plenty to choose from and includes cereal, yoghurt and fruit. There were some eggs, bacon and sausages and a toaster. Coffee very good...
โThis has honestly been one of my favourite stays in years. Since I travel with my dog, I always look for places that are not only dog-friendly but also practical for small getaways from Belgium by train. For this trip, I wanted something relaxed at the end of summer, with good hikes nearby, a terrace for my dog to sunbathe, and a room with at least a fridge and microwave so I could eat a bit healthier. This place had all of that and more.
