“This is the perfect lodging for your stay in Ischia. It's a short drive from the Ischia marina, where the ferry drops you off, but the public bus (less than 3€ a ride) is right outside of the hotel to get you back to the Ischia Marina where there are countless bars and restaurants, as well as the main shopping on the island, or to Fario where you unlock another world of the island. So convenient! The hotel staff themselves are so accommodating, as well. The staff during our stay didn't speak...

“Such a beautiful, relaxing place, in an amazing setting. The gardens are fabulous, not just the cactus garden but all the different fruits and flowers, with peacocks wandering around, it was magical. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant, only downside it wasnt open every day for dinner but that wasnt a problem for us, as there are eateries within walking distance or a short bus ride away. The staff were lovely and very special and we had the most amazing massage. We cannot speak highly enough of...

“We began our stay in Ischia recuperating from the trip at Samiramis. We moved Albergo Macri as a home base for day trips around Ischia and to Naples, Pozzuoli and the Amalfi Coast. We were very conveniently located to take ferries and buses for those day trips. There is an excellent restaurant just down the block, and many more around the port and further into Ischia Porto. The owners were very hospitable. Excellent value. ”
