“The ONLY thing wrong with this hotel is the A/C units (at least in the 3rd floor deluxe rooms). They put out cold air, but have a wooden shroud on them that blocks air flow. The A/C unit is right up against the panoramic window which was very warm on a hot day and drew all the cold air away from the room. The room never got cool. Everything else was completely exceptional.”
