“제네바 출장 갈때 마다 이 호텔에 묵은 지 이번이 4-5번째 되는듯 합니다. 매번 만족스러웠는데 이번은 좀 예외적이었네요. 첫째로 제 방은 2층이었는데 방음이 잘 안되서 층간 소음도 시끄러웠고 외부 소음(차소리와 외부 시끄러운 소리들)도 상당히 시끄러워서 잠을 설쳤네요. 두번째로 Do not disturb sign 을 켜 뒀음에도 불구하고 하우스 키핑이 지속적으로 전화해서 방 청소 안해도 되냐고 물어보는것은 이해가 안되더군요. 개선되어야 할 사항 인 듯 합니다. 그 외에 직원들은 늘 그렇듯이 친절하고 좋습니다~ ”

“리모델링 한 방은 모든것이 매우 깨끗했고 어메니티나 룸 크기 등 모든 것들이 만족스러웠음. 직원들도 상당히 친절했고 뷰도 매우 좋았음. 위치는 제또 분수가 바로 보이는 위치여서 멋졌고 조금만 걸어나가면 바로 쇼핑 중심지여서 위치도 아주 편했음.”
