“We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. The pool was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much. The Jungle cafe staff work hard, but could know more about certain drinks so that they can give a better explanation. We...

“The hotel was an excellent experience for me and my children, They loved the rooms , pool and the various meal options were great !!! . Thank you Shravan Kumar for your excellent service”

“We had one of the best experience in Merlot Suites! The rooms were so clean, nice with an amazing views. The pool was also so clean ! The hotel location is close to everywhere and quite the same time. The breakfast was tasty with variety in each day ! The staff were so kind and helpful more than any other place that we have been.. Thanks a-lot to everyone once again!”

“The location is good, can be noisy all night if your room is at the front of the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof so if you plan a lie in you may get the noise from the pool area. Cleanliness can Definetly be improved, property also needs maintenance rather than excuses for issues. Some of the front office staff were really good but otherwise the the staff and Restaraunt’s staff were quite poor.”

“2 minutes walk ”

“Nice clean room, excellent breakfast and lovely friendly staff. Great location close to the beach.”

“Staffs were coperative but property turning old ac was not up to the mark rest all was good”

“The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides. 1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers. 2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi. If you tried to...

“Except four wheeler parking, the place is terrific 👍”

“This a great place to stay if you have kids. They have lots of things to do for children. The staff in the dining area for breakfast is excellent. They are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Some of the areas around the hotel are a little beatup such as the kids playground. The property is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the nearest beach. They food at the property whether you dine in our order room service is very good and fairly priced if on a...
